Christine Duarte
Associate Travel Designer

I have always felt a tug at my heart to be working in the travel industry, but as we all know, timing and opportunity are everything! Two years ago I took a leap of faith and entered the travel industry and have not looked back.

I am a former attorney and Louisiana girl, living in Lower Alabama, with my Miami-born husband, Robert, two children, Roman and Jules Margaret, and two pups, Audrey and Maui!

Travel, friends, family, and animals bring me the most joy in this life! My favorite travel destinations are Botswana, Jamaica and the Med. For me, the best things about traveling are the anticipation and excitement of planning a trip, the freedom of leaving the daily routine behind and the appreciation of home at the end of a trip.

I adore planning honeymoons, mother-daughter trips and reunion trips for friends. I also love helping families find the best spots to enjoy time together and make memories for a lifetime.

I have the best job in the world and I cannot wait to help you plan your next adventure!

I lived in New Orleans for many years and it is a place I still love dearly. The culture, the energy, the soul of the city stay with you forever. I love going back to visit friends and stay at my home away from home - The Windsor Court Hotel! My favorite restaurants in the city are Peche and GW Fins. I miss the amazing Vietnamese cuisine too!

I'm a self-proclaimed wine snob and adore a beautiful bottle of red. I love learning about different wine regions and what makes each one special. My husband proposed to me in Sonoma, California and California Wine Country is one of my favorite travel destinations in the world. Wine trips are something I love planning for clients!

After leaving law, I worked for my Uncle Jesse for five years at his bed and breakfast, The Greenhouse Inn. It was an oasis in the middle of New Orleans and had a huge repeat clientele. This was my first time working in the hospitality industry and it was an experience that helped me immensely when I became a travel advisor.
